Effective April 8, 2021, all technical issues, assistance and concerns regarding the Procurement Services Tracking System must be requested through the ICTen Network Service Request System for proper documentation and monitoring of the system's performance. Issues and concerns that is not requested through the SRS shall not be entertained.
